The 2008 Race Course currently needs the following Volunteers

Water Stations
As Volunteer your job is to make sure each runner is accounted for at you r mile , once all runners have passed through your station you can return to the Finish line.
One Mile/Ten Mile Water Station-
Four Mile Water Station-
Six Mile Water Station

Finish Line
You will accompany runners to the Starting line to coordinate stop watches and record results at the finish line.

Childcare
Many of the runners would not be able to participate with out you. You keep an eye on our precious dashers in training while we are out on the course. Once all runners have returned from the course you are free to leave.

House Elf
Because we need someone to be in charge we created this position your job is to answer phones, coordinate childcare issues, and water station fiasco while making sure at least some of the Potluck dishes are still around when the Turtle (last runner) crosses the finish line.
